• Optional live Zoom Q&A every Sunday, 18:00–19:00
• A 5-minute teach-back presentation in Week 4, with full guidance throughout

• Week 1: Foundations of Training & Adult Learning
• Week 2: Instructional Design & Curriculum Development
• Week 3: Delivery, Facilitation & Managing the Room
• Week 4: Live Teach-Back & The Business of Training
