Subcision
Some acne scars and deep lines are held down from underneath by tight fibrous bands, so surface treatments alone can’t lift them. Subcision releases those bands with a fine needle or cannula placed just beneath the skin, allowing the scar or crease to lift. As the skin heals, it builds fresh collagen to support a smoother result.

Booking your consultation
Every treatment begins with a consultation. The one you need depends on the treatment you're interested in.
SKIN TREATMENTS
Skin Consultation
€50
Your goals, medical history and a full skin assessment, with photographs, for treatments such as polynucleotides, PRP, microneedling, peels and dermaplaning.
Taken off your treatment: the €50 is deducted from your treatment price when you go ahead.
INJECTABLE TREATMENTS
Medical Consultation
€100
A face-to-face medical assessment with our prescriber, required before injectable treatments such as dermal fillers and biostimulators (Sculptra®, Radiesse®). Booked as a separate appointment before your treatment day.
Non-refundable: this fee covers your consultation with the prescriber, so it isn't taken off your treatment price.

Serena Dervishi
Registered Nurse, founder of Pink Aura and completing an MSc in Aesthetic Medicine. Serena has more than four years of experience in aesthetic practice and education, and trains other practitioners through her accredited academy.
Her clinic focuses on mature skin and natural, regenerative results, using only premium products and a consultation-first approach.
GOOD TO KNOW
Treatment questions
Do I need a consultation first?
Yes. Every treatment starts with a consultation covering your goals, medical history and an assessment.
Skin treatments begin with a €50 skin consultation, which is taken off your treatment price, and some can go ahead on the same day if you're suitable.
Injectable treatments such as dermal fillers and biostimulators need a €100 medical consultation with our prescriber first, booked as a separate appointment before your treatment. This fee is non-refundable and isn't taken off your treatment, as it covers your consultation with the prescriber.
Will it hurt?
Most treatments are very well tolerated. Numbing cream is used where appropriate, and cannula techniques are used where they help to reduce discomfort and bruising.
Is there any downtime?
Usually very little. Redness, mild swelling or small bumps for 1–3 days are common, and bruising is possible. You'll receive written aftercare specific to your treatment.
How many sessions will I need?
Regenerative treatments work best as a course, usually 2–4 sessions, followed by maintenance once or twice a year. Your plan is tailored to your skin and goals, and results vary from person to person.
Is everyone suitable?
Treatments are for adults aged 18 and over. They aren't suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or with an active skin infection, and some medical conditions and medicines need extra care. Your consultation will confirm what's right for you.
